Since 1977, our mission has been to support community development in India, more specifically in the State of Andhra Pradesh and to promote cooperation in Canada. Our approach is to help people help themselves, by using the assets and resources of communities to effect lasting change.
We offer financial, technical and administrative support to our main partner in India, Bala Vikasa a non-profit development organisation without religious or political affiliation and recognised by the Indian Government. Bala Vikasa is one of the largest NGOs in South India, working for integrated rural development in collaboration with a large number of partner NGO’s.
